Role Overview:

Join our vibrant team as a part-time Padel Team Member at Powerleague. This role focuses on delivering top-notch customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our new padel courts. Your responsibilities will include managing bookings, assisting with equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage padel reception: assist with bookings, rentals, and sales.
  • Support in session setups and breakdowns.
  • Uphold company policies and customer service standards.
  • Address customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to meetings.

Essential Skills:


  • Customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Good organisational and time management abilities.
  • Positive attitude and a strong team player.
  • Flexibility for shift work, including weekends and evenings.

Preferred:


  • Experience in customer service.
