Role Overview:
Join our vibrant team as a part-time Padel Team Member at Powerleague. This role focuses on delivering top-notch customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our new padel courts. Your responsibilities will include managing bookings, assisting with equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage padel reception: assist with bookings, rentals, and sales.
- Support in session setups and breakdowns.
- Uphold company policies and customer service standards.
- Address customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to meetings.
Essential Skills:
- Customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Good organisational and time management abilities.
- Positive attitude and a strong team player.
- Flexibility for shift work, including weekends and evenings.
Preferred:
- Experience in customer service.
- Interest in padel or sports.
