UKCS is a 10 years old property sales and management company. We provide our property related services to local and overseas investors. We are UKVI Tier2 sponsor.

We have 2 branches in London and Manchester, we cannot wait for your boarding and making clients' satisfaction come true.

Responsibilities:

• Offplan properties sale, Language requirement is Mandarin or Cantonese.
• Generate leads and identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery of products or services
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field (preferred)
