My Client is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join the team.

As a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor you will assist on a broad range of commercial property transactions and other real estate matters.

You will assist in advising on acquisitions, disposals and lettings, re-development and regeneration projects and other large-scale real estate projects encompassing elements of structuring, finance, planning and procurement to a varied portfolio of clientsincluding developers, investors, entrepreneurs, private clients & multi-national institutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established Commercial Real Estate team who are highly ranked in Chambers and Legal 500.

They offer a competitive salary as well as 20% bonus andbenefits to include private healthcare cover and life assurance as well as flexible working.
