An opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join our team. You will support the management in the day-to-day business activities. You will supervise, encourage and coach and develop the team in order to meet and exceed targets. You will be supporting the development and delivery of excellent sales results and standards within the team.

You must be professional and articulate, with excellent communication skills.

You must have a good ability to multi task and work well under pressure, and be able to prioritise well.

You must have a desire to help a team of sales and customer service agents in achieving their goals and working to the best of their abilities.

Salary is negotiable based on experience.
