Job Description:
Rockwell Automation UK is currently seeking the services of a Delivery Support Administrator to join our Bletchley office.
Under the management of the Delivery Support Team Lead in Bletchley (UK), the Delivery Support Administrator will be working as part of the administration team to ensure all daily tasks are completed and relevant teams are updated accordingly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Internal order creation using SAP business system for repair orders. Business systems updates of SAP, department Share point site (excel, Word etc) and external carrier systems to monitor targets.
- Responsible for expediting repairs with both UK and external repair centres to ensure orders are delivered on time to meet customer, HMRC and other trade requirements.
- Provide functional support to South Africa, UAE, Turkey warehousing and repair team when required. To include creation of I/C PO's, RMA's and provide support to ensure smooth running departments.
- Responsible for tracking the shipments of various customer orders and liaising with external couriers if these shipments are delayed. Inform supervisor of any ongoing issues.
- Updating various business systems for Repair, Exchange and Root Cause Failure Analysis orders. Business systems consist of SAP, department Share point site (excel, Word etc) and external carrier systems.
- Liaise with the RA Customer Care team and other internal customers across regions EMEA, NA, AP on expedite requests and queries including Inter Company Repair team and European Remanufacturing Centre.
- Audit of clearance information to freight forwarders. Maintaining records of classifications and import information for cross border shipments.
Requirements:
- Must possess the appropriate right to work permissions to work in the United Kingdom
- A post schooling qualification will be considered favorable
