Job description

  • Scope is a disability equality charity in England and Wales. Together we are Disability Gamechangers. We work to create a society where all disabled people enjoy equality and fairness. We campaign tirelessly for everyday equality for disabled people.
  • A chance to take on an exciting and challenging role in a friendly and committed insight team. The role mainly works with the partnerships team to help a range of companies, organisations, and institutes to hear the views of disabled people about their services.
    Fixed term, 12 months 35 hours per week

Location:
Remote with occasional days in London office
Job description

The role

This position:

  • Is an insight specialist so must know of a range of research approaches and methodologies, and some content and user research experience will be an advantage.
  • Advises internal teams, and experienced insight teams in other companies, on how to productively incorporate disabled people's views within their insight projects.

About you

  • Two years direct experience of running insight projects, preferably in a commercial environment
  • Educated to degree level, with an insight or market research element
  • GCSEs for English Language and Maths, or an acceptable equivalent
  • Able to manage multiple insight projects to time and work in a team
  • Flexible, cando approach, with strong skills in establishing empathy and rapport with a wide range of people
  • Passionate about delivering actionable and valueadded insight
