Description

The role:

  • 1st Look at surveys, input ready to be checked and processed.
  • Getting quotes from suppliers for stock
  • Placing orders
  • Gathering information for quotes for jobs
  • Work with finance, sales and installs to achieve different projects
  • Manage and assist in raising purchase orders as well as reviewing completeness of job file to ensure all parts are ordered and delivered on time
  • Assist with admin duties as required
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Working hours are, 08:3017:00 Mon
  • Thursday, 08:3016:30 Friday
  • Must have current/recent experience Order Processing upvc windows and doors
  • Be able to manage own workload
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Must currently reside in the UK
  • Have excellent customer service skills
