Kirklees Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our team.


We are a fantastic school, with a strong commitment to providing our pupils with the highest quality education and support.

We are looking for an individual to join our staff and provide the necessary assistance to our teachers and pupils.


Your main duties will include:

  • Assisting teachers in delivering lessons and other activities
  • Supporting pupils in all areas of the curriculum
  • Supervising the pupils during break and lunchtimes
  • Assisting with the organisation of resources and materials
  • Liaising with parents and other professionals
  • Participating in staff meetings
  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment for pupils throughout the school day
