Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Administrator to join our team.

As a Maintenance Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the maintenance department and ensuring the smooth operation of maintenance activities.

This is a part-time position based in our office in March, Cambridgshire.


Duties:


  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain and update maintenance records and files
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance appointments and repairs
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping using computerised systems
  • Provide general administrative support to the maintenance team
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for the maintenance department
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Experience:


  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a maintenance or facilities management setting
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Data entry experience with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is desirable but not essential
