Our Church & Supporter Engagement team have an ambitious vision to grow a global community of people who want to enter into a whole-life response to poverty with help from Tearfund.

We have a ministry to inspire and help people to live generously - in every sense of the word.


We are looking for an experienced fundraiser to join the Church & Supporter Engagement Leadership Team to help with this exciting vision.


You will be responsible for:

  • Building whole life response engagement and increasing loyalty
  • Aligning fundraising activity with wider vision, mission and brand identity
  • Leading the strategy and planning of the journey from conversion through to welcome and onboarding
  • Experience in the charity sector in a fundraising or marketing leadership role
  • Multichannel marketing experience across a variety of media channels including direct mail, press and digital channels
  • Experience in KPI tracking and analysis
  • Understanding of Direct marketing techniques including segmentation test matrices etc
  • Good track record of managing budgets over £500k
  • Excellent grasp of budgeting and analysing financial data
  • Significant experience of project managing multichannel projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a varied workload
This role is eligible for hybrid working and you will be required to work from a designated Tearfund office and from your home by agreement with the line manager
