We are searching for an enthusiastic and hardworking Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in all aspects of day-to-day kitchen operations.

This will involve helping with purchasing, kitchen management, team development, and supporting the Head Chef in planningand developing new menus.

You will also aid the Chef in all food safety legislation and documentation ensuring it is up-to-date and aid in the recruitment of junior chefs and develop their training plans, to ensure all kitchen staff are trained in line withcompany procedure.

What are we looking for?

An ambitious Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie with at least 3 years of experience at that level.
A strength and depth in food creativity.
Your own personal professional cooking flare.
Good communication skills, a handson approach, and a passion for food.
Flexibility, reliability and availability to work hours to meet the business's needs which will include evenings and weekends.

Salary

Package to £35,200 with a basic salary of £30,000 to £32,000 plus tronc worth in the region of 5%-10% of annual salary, e.g., to around £3,200 per year, and company pension scheme.
