Due to our rapid rate of growth, we have a new opportunity for an Industrial/Driving Recruitment Consultant based in our Swindon Branch.


If you are looking for your next challenge and have the same passions and motivations as us then we'd love to hear from you.

You will need a minimum of 1 year experience as a Recruitment Consultant.

  • Running an individual plan.
  • Filling temporary and permanent placements.
  • Achieve monthly targets.
  • Liaising with clients to ensure requirements are met.
  • Answering calls out of hours (on branch rotation).

We are offering:

  • Competitive salary £22,000 £28,000 per annum based on experience.
  • Excellent commission structure.
  • Mobile phone and desktop or laptop.
  • Auto enrolment onto NEST pension.
  • 28 days holiday per year including bank holidays for smokers.
  • 32 days holiday per year including bank holidays for non smokers.
  • Opportunity to create your own division and progress to Divisional Manager.
