Description
There is an opportunity available to join a forward thinking Logistics and Supply Chain team. The Logistics Team is recruiting a Ward Controller based within the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

We have 2 positions, working 37.5 hours per week over 5 days (Monday-Friday)The Ward Controller will carry responsibilities for placing orders, receiving and distribution of clinical and non-clinical products and to ensure accurate, timely delivery, in order to provide an efficient and effective Logistics and Supply Chain service to the Trust.

The opportunity is available across two sites, the successful applicant will work systematically to ensure just in time delivery to all operational areas, whilst striving to continuously improve the service offered by the Logistics and Supply Chain Team as a whole.

The ideal candidate must have an excellent communication and time management skills.

We are looking for a team player who is willing to adapt to different roles within the department at short notice where required.
