£42,855 - £44,897 per year, pro rata

- You will lead on the design and management of a holistic and inclusive performance and career development framework.
Using initiative and innovative approaches, you will:
- Ensure we utilise our apprenticeship levy
- Create development pathways including apprenticeship and graduate programmes
- Introduce competencies
- Redesign our Performance and Development Reviews
- Own succession planning
- Develop talent acquisition plans, for example to attract people into front line mental health and learning disability support roles
- As a psychologically informed organisation you will work in a strengths based way and cocreate with leaders and teams.
- Having a passion for talent management, you may have been working in this space for a while, for example as a HR Business Partner or talent specialist.
