30 hours per week

£42,855 - £44,897 per year, pro rata

  • You will lead on the design and management of a holistic and inclusive performance and career development framework.

Using initiative and innovative approaches, you will:

  • Ensure we utilise our apprenticeship levy
  • Create development pathways including apprenticeship and graduate programmes
  • Introduce competencies
  • Redesign our Performance and Development Reviews
  • Own succession planning
  • Develop talent acquisition plans, for example to attract people into front line mental health and learning disability support roles
  • As a psychologically informed organisation you will work in a strengths based way and cocreate with leaders and teams.
  • Having a passion for talent management, you may have been working in this space for a while, for example as a HR Business Partner or talent specialist.
