The Role

Starting in September 2023, you will be recruited as a Pre-Construction Graduate, and will complete a structured 6 week induction to the business before focussing on your role.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop a wide skillset required for the Construction industry.

During the two year programme you will work mainly within the Pre-Construction team on all aspects of our developments at Tender Stage for Design & Build and development contracts, including competitive tendering, negotiated schemes, land bids, budgets and cost planning from concept through to completion.

In addition, you will take up placements in the key business departments including operations, commercial and technical to gain an insight into the wider business.

You will attend graduate programme days at our head office in Tamworth and around the business.

You will also complete the Institute of Leadership and Management's Level 2 Award in Team Leading as an introduction to the world of management and we will support your progress towards full CIOB membership.
