Job summary
The Treasury & Insurance Lead is responsible for managing all financial assets within the EMEA region ensuring accurate cash flow forecasting maintaining secure cash positions overseeing payment processing contributing to finance-related projects across EMEA.Responsibilities:
- managing all financial assets across the EMEA region
- ensuring robust cash management accurate forecasting to support business objectives
- overseeing end-to-end payment process cash pooling systems financing for affiliates while maintaining treasury policies aligned with company goals regularly reviewing policies procedures ensuring compliance operational excellence supported by strong systems controls monitoring short medium- long-term cash flow forecasts leading treasury activities such as short-term deposits intercompany loan management effective communication Terumo Europe management global treasury team managing banking relationships including KYC requirements timely accurate payments Terumo Europe affiliates oversight foreign exchange risk defining implementing mitigation strategies administering credit card policies ensure compliance managing insurance policies renewals claims across EMEA leadership central role coaching developing team members fostering high-performance culture building partnerships senior managers stakeholders acting trusted advisor delivering insights drive informed decision-making long-term value creation.
