Oxfordshire Sexual Abuse and Rape Crisis Centre (OSARCC) is seeking to appoint an experienced frontline practitioner to lead and deliver a high quality Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) service to students of all genders in a higher education setting.

The post holder will work alongside the University's student welfare and the ISVA team at OSARCC to provide pro-active, survivor-led ISVA support, advocating for students who are thinking about, or have reported to police and/or the University.

They will lead on all aspects of the service, driving improvements, maintaining policies and procedures and developing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
