Fulltime permanent position.

A leading innovative and cultural institution is looking for an
Alumni Engagement Officer to maximise engagement opportunities and to assist in the management of these relationships.

If you have:

Extensive experience working with social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram)
Track record of effective verbal and written communication.
A competent user of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
A willingness to work nonstandard hours (including weekends) as necessary.
Experience of working with WeChat, Canva and YouTube.
Experience of use of new technologies to deliver efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Personal experience as an active participating alumnus of an HE institution.
Experience of working in an HE environment.

Your new role would consist of:

Create content for the alumni social media channels and maintain a content calendar.
Support the organisation of alumni reunions.
Draft articles for the alumni magazine and enewsletters.
Identify alumni who may provide career case studies to assist with recruitment activities.
Support the Alumni Relations Manager in the recruitment of volunteers in the Alumni Ambassador Programme.
Attend sectoral events on or off campus where appropriate.
Provide regular reports to pinpoint trends, highlight any issues arising and make any recommendations to ensure alumni engagement objectives are achieved.
Contribute to the development and implementation of alumni engagementrelated policies, systems, or processes.
Ensure data/information held on the database is uptodate and GDPR compliant at all times.
