The Role
The QS / Estimator will be responsible for the commercial management of several contracts. This will include preparing monthly valuations, monitoring variations and additional works. In addition, you will also assist with pricing tender opportunity's and working closely with the bid team.


Key Responsibilities
Working with the Directors.

Liaise with Site Managers and Foreman.

Attend sites on a regular basis.

Prepare monthly reports.

Price variations and Tender for new works


Ensure Completion of Works on time
Ensure that tender documents are ready to review in a timely manner before submission to the client.

Qualifications
Experience within the construction industry
People management skills
Experienced QS
Estimating/ Pricing experience
Practical hands-on approach with good communication, organisational, planning and time management skills.

Salary:
£40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
