This communications agency specialises in communicating and introducing brands to HNWI - this includes both corporate and luxury lifestyle communications.

Their clients cover international real estate, private member's clubs, 5* hotels, yachts, and premium food & drink. They work across media relations, strategic partnerships, influencer marketing, event management, content writing and crisis management.


Since being founded in 2017, and post-covid, the agency has seen amazing success and have ambitious plans for this year and beyond.

As such, they're looking for an experienced Associate Director to join its senior team, working in partnership with the MD to drive business growth and over see the delivery of first in class work.

Offering lots of autonomy and opportunities to shape the agency, this is also a hand on role for someone with an excellent new biz track record but that also is creative, has their finger on the pulse and enjoys delivering for clients.


The Opportunity & job Requirements - Associate Director

  • An Associate Director to help drive business (both with existing portfolio and new opps)
  • Associate Director will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of impressive clients, overseeing strategic planning and implementation.
  • Amazing opportunity for someone ambitious, who wants to help grow an agency and have the autonomy and freedom to bring fresh new ideas to the table

The Associate Director job requirements

  • Senior level client servicing including attending all client meetings and being a key escalation point
  • Maintain your own media relationships and partnership contacts leverage media relationships and pitch to editors where relevant/necessary
  • A genuine interest in trends, insights and news across luxury lifestyle
  • Experience working on corporate PR programmes particular in the property & travel space
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen

Salary for the Associate Director:
up to £80k
