REED Business Support are working are working with a Global Manufacturer based in Immingham, near Grimsby, in order to secure a Sales Team Manager.


This would be an ideal opportunity for an individual with managerial experience within the Sales industry (preferably in an industry based role) who wishes to join an expansive global company.

You will be leading a team of 10 Field Sales Executives withthe goal of developing new business across the country.


  • Salary: £35,000 basic w/ Uncapped Bonus scheme (50k OTE first year)
  • Hours: 40hr per week Monday-Friday
  • Location: Immingham
  • Holidays: 25 days plus Bank Holidays

Responsibilities:


  • Managing current Field Sales team
  • Sourcing new business
  • Regular Sales reporting
  • Responsibility for meeting KPI's and Sale targets
  • Nationwide Strategy Planning

Requirements:


  • Previous sales experience (preferably field sales/industry sales)
  • Previous management experience
  • Ability to learn and specialise in an industry they may not be familiar with
  • Exceptional manmanagement ability
  • Exceptional Communication skills
