Job description

PHC Supplies are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team, working on the Trade Counter and in the Stores.

The role consists of;

• Driving: delivery work to customers as required.
• Stores work: Ordering stock/ customer orders, unpacking and checking off deliveries, sending out orders via courier, maintaining a wellorganised stores, stocktaking and associated computer work and paperwork.
• Telephone sales: dealing with enquiries from customers.

Required work experience/skills;

• Full clean UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Good telephone manner with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and suppliers at all levels of operation.
• Conscientious, tidy and hard working. Organised and efficient with a strong attention to detail.

Desired work experience/skills:

• Trade Counter experience in a similar environment would be preferred but we would be happy to consider you if you are prepared to put in the hard work to learn.
• Fork truck licence would be advantageous but not essential.

What we offer:

• Full time, permanent role Monday to Friday (7:30am 5pm) and Saturday mornings on a rota basis (8am 12pm) roughly two Saturdays in four.
• 20days holiday (plus Bank Holidays). Increasing annually to a maximum of 25days.

Salary negotiable based on experience.
