Position Overview:


In alignment with their strategic growth and commitment to excellence, they are seeking a Client-Facing Fire Risk Assessor to spearhead the expansion and enhancement of their Fire Risk Assessment Function.

This role not only involves conducting high-quality fire risk assessments but also offers the unique opportunity to build and lead a dedicated team of fire risk assessors, with the aim of covering the entire UK.

It's a chance to play a pivotal role in setting new standards within the industry and significantly contributing to the safety and security of a diverse range of environments.


Key Competencies and Responsibilities:


  • Leadership in

Comprehensive Fire Risk Assessments:

Undertake professional and thorough fire risk assessments across a variety of properties, including but not limited to, retail spaces, educational institutions, hospitality venues, industrial sites, and residential facilities.


  • Strategic Development: Utilise your expertise and credentials, such as registration on the IFSM register for competent fire risk assessors and listing on the BAFE register as a validator, to shape the future of fire safety assessments and compliance.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong, trusting relationships with clients, offering bespoke advice and fire safety solutions tailored to their unique needs.
  • Team Building: Drive the recruitment, training, and development of a toptier team of fire risk assessors, aiming for nationwide coverage and unparalleled service quality.
  • Innovation and

Best Practices:

Stay at the forefront of fire safety and risk assessment methodologies, regulations, and technologies to lead the sector in best practices and innovation.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Demonstrable experience in fire risk assessment across diverse property types, as detailed.
  • Accredited by relevant professional bodies, showcasing a deep understanding of fire safety standards and regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of building a highperforming team and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record in project management and operational excellence.
