An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic individual to join the Patient Experience Public Involvement Team to build on our approaches to listen, respond and engage with people and communities online.

The Digital Engagement Officer will also contribute to the delivery of NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde's Stakeholder Communication and Engagement Strategy.


You will contribute ideas and suggestions, bringing knowledge on how best to engage with people using a digital approach and experience of monitoring and measuring the success of social media activity and collating, analysing and reporting on statistics.

It is also essential that you are an excellent communicator, a self-starter, have the ability to build a rapport with people from all backgrounds and can work as part of a team.

It is also desirable that you have experience of engaging directly with people and communities. The shift pattern of this post will be worked Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
