Madisons Recruitment are looking for a Customer Care Operative / Finishing Operative / Multi Trader on a permanent basis.
Customer Care Operative / Finishing Operative / Multi Trader Package:

  • £35,000
  • £40,000 salary
  • Company van & fuel card
  • Uniform
  • 20 days + bank holidays annual leave (1 additional day per year of service up to 25)
  • Pension
  • Private healthcare (after successful probation)
  • Hours 8am 4.30pm
  • Sick pay
Customer Care Operative / Finishing Operative / Multi Trader Duties:

  • Carry out defects on properties
  • Background in a variety of trades e.g. carpentry, tiling, painting and decorating, mastic, plastering etc.
  • Support the Customer care team
  • Carry out varied remedial work
  • Visit home owners as required
  • Carry out work in a clean, safe, and professional manner
  • Discuss any customer complaints with the Coordinator and arrange any appointments accordingly
  • Keep van and tools maintained correctly
  • Previous experience in the housebuilding industry and Multitrade background
  • Knowledge of NHBC standards
