Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance in the management of geographical and technical data within Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Provide support and guidance to sites on asset data structures as data is captured, ensuring that it is in line with CBRE & Syngenta standards
  • Data cleansing and enhancement of data held in CMMS to facilitate improved compliance, reporting and management information
  • Prepare and submit data load requests, as requested for changes to assets where there has been additional scope and other changes that affect the integrity of asset inventory
  • Holds administrative access level into CMMS and will provide first line support for EMEA operations teams for CMMS challenges and queries
  • Generate and prepare ad hoc reports in response to operational requirements
  • Provide operational support as required for sites across the EMEA region, work order management and closure
  • Support EMEA operational teams to drive improved performance in compliance and delivery of KPIs/SLAs in line with the contract

  • Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills

Experience /Qualifications:


  • Experience using CMMS, preferably Maximo/Service Insight
  • Strong proven Customer Service experience, preferably within an outsourced environment in a similar role
  • Operational experience of managing and working within a diverse and complex organisation

Desirable:


  • Fluency in one or more languages will be an advantage
  • A keen interest in learning data management and analytics
  • Experience within Maximo CAFM system
