YARD OPERATIVE/TELEHANDLER
An immediate opening has arisen for an reliable Yard Operative with telehandler forklift experience.

Working for a leading civil engineering distributor you will find yourself working for a stable, well-established company and be part of a friendly team who are rewarded for hard work.

Salary £21-24K depending on experience + branch performance bonus paid monthly

Key responsibilities for the Yard Operative include,

  • Assisting customers and providing excellent customer service
  • Loading customers vans/cars Loading/unloading supplier vehicles using a Telehandler forklift
  • Storing and checking stock
  • Picking and checking orders for deliveries
The ideal Yard Operative will need,

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • A full Telehandler Forklift licence needed
  • The ability to provide excellent customer service is a must
  • Good level of attention to detail
  • Own transport essential, free onsite parking
  • Previous experience within a builders merchant advantageous
Hours 7.30am-5pm Monday to Friday


This role would suit a enthusiastic team player who is willing to work hard and provide an excellent level of customer service.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
