Description
The key responsibilities of the HR Business Partner include:
- Deliver a HR generalist service
- Build effective working relationships with senior leaders and coach them on all manner of HR matters
- Support the HR team with Employee Relations casework
- Lead or assist in HR Projects
- Support the recruitment team as and when required
Profile
The successful HR Business Partner should have:
- Experience in a generalist HR role
- Ability to build rapport with staff across the organisation
- Experience dealing with ER casework
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
