Description
The key responsibilities of the HR Business Partner include:

  • Deliver a HR generalist service
  • Build effective working relationships with senior leaders and coach them on all manner of HR matters
  • Support the HR team with Employee Relations casework
  • Lead or assist in HR Projects
  • Support the recruitment team as and when required

Profile

The successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • Experience in a generalist HR role
  • Ability to build rapport with staff across the organisation
  • Experience dealing with ER casework
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
