My city centre based client requires an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join their welcoming finance team on a 12 month contract due to maternity leave.

Reporting into a knowledgeable and experienced Management Accountant, duties include:


Accounts Payable:

  • Accurately inputting invoices into the finance approval system.
  • Reconciling supplier accounts to supplier statements.
  • Producing with supplier payment runs.

Financial Accounting:

  • Completing bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Assisting with the year end statutory audit.
  • Assisting with quarterly management account reporting
  • Assist on quarterly VAT returns
  • Providing similar duties for smaller group company
This is a fantastic role for a team player who is willing to go the extra mile.

You will work with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, have the ability to multi task and prioritise activities and have a good level of Excel knowledge.
