Description

We are currently looking for an experienced number 1 site manager with a structured career history in working across large scale refurbishments.

The ideal candidate would have a trade background and at least a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

Thejob will entail running a project from start to finish with project value ranging from £300,000 to £2Million. The project sites/workload will be based in either Liverpool or Manchester. All sector work will be in fit outs and refurbishments and the industrywill be Education and Healthcare. Working hours are 7.30am till 4pm Monday to Friday.

The most suitable candidate will have a regional or national contractor background and will have a history of putting the client first, It is a people focused company andwe are looking for proactive and enthusiastic individuals to join the team.
