Duties:


  • Oversee and manage a team of roofers to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to coordinate workflow and ensure smooth operations
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures
  • Prepare reports on team performance, productivity, and other relevant metrics

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure

Job Types:

Salary:
£35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
