£11.95 per hour

Shift: 8pm-4am

35 hours per week

5 days out of 7 including weekends (Days to be confirmed upon interview)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Team Leader who will work at our client's prestigious site.

Duties as a Team Leader

Supervising a medium sized cleaning team on a large site which includes covering sickness, holidays, auditing and stock check
Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the site
Completing daily/monthly audits
Understand KPI/SLA's and to meet these monthly
Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Ensuring strong working relationship with colleagues and the client
Absence/Sickness Management
Assisting with Cleaning/Fuelling or Shunting as and when needed
Completing relevant end of shift reports and ensuring filing system is maintained
Responsible for cleanliness of site offices and toilets canteen areas, warehouse
Working in a timely manner to ensure all work is carried out to a high standard
Working as part of a team

Job role requirements as a Team Leader

Minimum 1 year Supervisory experience, managing a team of Cleaners
Must have full UK drivers license
Have knowledge of COSHH
Have good eye for detail
Reliable and trustworthy
Will be responsible for cleanliness of vehicles and offices within the premises
Must be able to work well with a team
Take pride in there work
Flexible to meet needs of the business
