Description
We're looking for a sales and lettings negotiator to join our small friendly team, based in our office in Loughborough.
The role will include:
answering the phone
arranging sales and lettings viewings
arranging sales and lettings valuations
dealing with incoming enquiries about both sales and lettings
conducting accompanied viewings, both properties for sale and to let
following up viewings and providing feedback to vendors and landlords
receiving offers and negotiating with vendors
conducting property inspections and reporting back to landlords
typing property details as required
work well as part of a team
be able to use their own initiative and work on their own
have a good eye for detail
enjoy meeting and speaking to customers
be willing to learn
hold, or be willing to undertake, Level 3 in either Residential Sales or Lettings
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£22,000.00 per year
