As a Barclays Macro Change PM BA AVP, you will manage FX-related initiatives sitting within a Programme from the Macro Change portfolio.

The exact scope of Project/Programme delivery may change over time, in line with the Macro business strategies, market opportunities and relative business and/or regulatory priorities.

You will engage with Managing Director level down and will be involved running working groups and interacting with a wide range of stakeholders.

What will you be doing?:

Managing the FX Change Projects delivery that will ensure ontime and effective delivery of front to back (F2B) outcomes in line with the Programme business case
Creating, managing, and owning of detailed reporting on the FX Book of Work
Running requirements or delivery workshops and product rollout
Identifying, monitoring, and managing the project workforce and financial requirements, and liaising with product and service delivery on resource requirements
Conducting business analysis, as required, to supplement the project delivery role and/or engaging with technical business analysts in other teams
Providing and regularly reviewing an honest and transparent assessment of the project status and Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) of the initiative
Maintaining focus on managing delivery risks proactively to improve the likelihood, frequency, and scale of successful outcomes
Collaborating with the AE, Trading, Sales, and Business Managers, and using their experience and insight to help engage senior leaders

What we're looking for:

Ability to form solid connections and relationships while working collaboratively with Front Office and Infrastructure teams, including Senior stakeholders
Experience in Project/Programme management and Change Governance
Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
Demonstrable industry experience across the Market's products, ideally Macro/FX products

Skills that will help you in the role:

Experience in FX asset class pricing, risk and rolling out FX products, complex derivatives changes, and electronic/algorithmic pricing
Familiarity with Product and/or Business Analysis
Understanding of Market Risk, Credit Risk, and Product Control processes in Markets

5 North Colonnade is home to our investment bank and is in the heart of Canary Wharf, just a short walk from our headquarters at Churchill Place.
