Key Responsibilities:
Service Excellence:
Ensure that all lifts on contract are serviced and maintained with the highest standards, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Revenue Growth:
Play a pivotal role in expanding our service and aftersales department, actively contributing to revenue growth. Identify opportunities to enhance our service offerings and increase customer satisfaction.
Collaboration:
Work closely with our dedicated team of Service Engineers to identify optimal and cost-effective solutions for our clients. Foster a collaborative environment to enhance efficiency and deliver top-notch service.
Sales Partnership:
Collaborate with our sales team to identify and seize after-sales opportunities. Leverage your coordination skills to bridge the gap between service excellence and revenue generation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in service coordination or a related field.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and clients.
Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions for service improvement.

Salary:
£28,000.00-£34,252.02 per year
