Contracts Administrator
We are working with a family run contractor to recruit a Contract Administrator.
Job Purpose
To support, administrate and coordinate the flow and storage of information of contracts.
Key Accountabilities
The main elements of the role are to:
- Provide administrative support to assist and deliver projects on time and within budget;
- Prepare orders and obtain quotes using the Company's current software;
- Check all timesheets from subcontracts in preparation for invoicing;
- Prepare monthly waste reports;
- Assist the Directors with any adhoc duties.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy of processing
- Meeting processing deadlines ie project start dates
- Maintaining effective communication with all departments
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
