Ignite Rec2Rec are supporting an expert Tech Specialist Recruitment Provider, based in London workign the German market.

We are looking for consultants with 6+ months experience from any sector background to join their expanding team due to client demand and internal promotions.

They offer a value led business with a mature, professional, fun and dog friendly outlook.

Excellent salary starting at £28k working up to £35k for Principle Consultant

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for growing the data-focused, permanent business in Germany

More specifically:

Servicing existing, fantastic and loyal clients
Enabling the client to grow as an organisation this means actively generating new clients and developing them into longstanding relationships
Leveraging and maximising opportunities across existing business relationships
Stay well informed of regulatory/legislative changes that affect the European market
Continually identifying and target key niche, growth areas
Using creative techniques to uncover, approach and engage amazing Data professionals
Have a passion for the space and want to learn everything there is to know about it
Collaborate and share learnings with the team regularly
Be selfmotivated and proactive in your development & work
