CMA Recruitment Group are representing an AIM listed distribution business based in Bracknell, to recruit for an interim Divisional Finance Director on an initial 6 month contract.

The interim Divisional Finance Directorwill look after 8 companies in the group with a combined turnover of c60m.

What will the interim Finance Director role involve?

Develop the management information provided to the COO and CFO for all areas of the division;
Lead, Improve and consolidate the Division's detailed analysis to support strategic business decision making;
Improve the efficiency in business processes across the division;
Manage and improve the Cashflow forecasting process;
To manage the annual Audit liaising with the external auditors and other stakeholders;
To control, oversee and review budgets and forecasts for each part of the Division.
CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified;
5+ years experience working within an SME at an FC or FD position;
Deadline focused and enthusiastic with an understanding of the dynamics of an SME with an appreciation of the pressures of being part of a PLC;
Ability to motivate a team to provide a quality focused financial management service;
Capable of being able to influence others and negotiating change;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Strong interpersonal skills being able to communicate across all levels of the business;
Ideally you will have experience of using Microsoft Great Plains & Power BI or similar.
