Glasshouse Farm Care Centre are seeking a Care worker to join our small team, supporting the Clients & Caregivers in our friendly Day Centre Ideally you will have your NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care or working towards this.

To work directly with clients encouraging & enhancing life skills, hobbies & interests taking a person centred approach.

They will ensure all staff have the skills and competences required and will provide a focus on Client care & empowering our clients.
They will be responsible for ensuring all clients have a high quality, person-centred care is planned for.Care worker benefits

- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
