This newly created role is perfect for a People/HR Advisor who is looking for the next step up in their career.

Reporting to our Head of People, this role offers a mix of exciting activities where you can make a real impact. As our People Partner, you'll be at the heart of our journey, ensuring that our Flat Iron herd thrives. This is a
field based role that will require working in Central London with occasional working from home.**

People Growth:


  • Talent Pipeline: Get ready to team up with our Talent Partner and Operations Managers to uncover hidden gems within our ranks. Together, we'll cultivate a robust pipeline of talent and craft people plans that align seamlessly with our business vision.
  • Management Development: We're in the early stages of defining how we nurture our talent, especially. You'll step in as their ultimate People person, empowering them with training and guidance to unlock their teams' full potential.
  • Supporting Success: Ready to shake things up? As a performance improvement maestro, you'll challenge the norm and inspire positive changes in our approach to people management.

Your skills will be...

  • Experience in partnering and nurturing stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a People team.
  • Strong commitment to ethical HR practices, including confidentiality and fairness.
  • Passionate about wellbeing and inclusion
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving HR challenges.
  • Willingness to introduce innovative HR practices for improving the employee experience and HR processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in HR recordkeeping and compliance.
  • Resilience to handle HR issues calmly and effectively, even under pressure.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry trends, HR best practices, and legal requirements.
  • Experience in Human Resources, especially in complex ER case management.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple tasks and requirements.

Experience:


  • Prior experience as a People Partner, HR Advisor, Senior HR Assistant, or similar role.
  • CIPD L5 is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excel proficient.
  • Familiarity with HR and Payroll software, with the ability to analyze data for informed peoplerelated decisions.
