We are looking for a Estate Ambassador to join us at our client site in London.

Our client is one of the largest pedestrianised communities around, with modern offices, retail, food and drink outlets all in one place.

Alongside this are modern gardens giving the site a unique feel.


As a Estate Ambassador you are an integral part of the team and you can make an impact with your skills to protect, deter and respond to any security matters, whilst providing an exceptional customer service experience.

A typical day in the life as a Estate Ambassador:

  • Located in different areas on the estate at contrasting times to maximise the welcome and hosting attributes
  • Possibly work from a mobile external branded concierge desk to meet and greet, welcome visitors, assist occupiers and market Broadgate as a welcoming, wonderful place to visit and work.
  • You will be given exposure to many distinct parts of business, which will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to develop this exciting new role.
  • Move flexibly and work in different public realm spaces to maximise engagement.
  • Be visible and known to everyone and facilitate connectivity within and through the site
  • Build a rapport with retailers and vendors at site
  • Assist with and involved with event planning.
  • Meeting, greeting or escorting guests to events spaces or to dedicated events in any buildings around the estate.
  • Be another pair of eyes and ears for estate management and security team.
  • To help raise the profile of the site by providing timely and accurate information that may include security and fire prevention, signposting, travel information or helping the elderly, disabled or people in need.
  • Ensure that all incidents are reported and responded to in accordance with policies and procedures as appropriate to the rank of Security Officer.

  • Proven negotiation, listening and critical thinking skills and a collaborator
  • Knowledge of hosting, concierge, and public space management
  • Experience of working with the public at events
  • Prior experience in a customer service environment
  • Possess an engaging, charismatic, gregarious, and welcoming personality
  • Will be able to smile and genuinely make people feel welcome
  • Be an opportunist and proactively see opportunities to engage with people
  • You will be a patient, warm natured person.
  • Ideally possess sales and marketing skills to better support and conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Experience in dealing with multiple issues at once, prioritising and resolving problems
  • The ability to communicate with subordinates, colleagues, clients, contractors, and management in the appropriate manner
  • DS licence
