Description

Clinical Governance Each Specialist is expected to take an active role in clinical governance activities including (but not restricted to) clinical audit, incident reporting, review of complaints, risk management, CPD, quality improvement and Evidence-Based Practice.

The ED has Clinical Governance and Quality Improvement leads who work closely with the Clinical and Audit leads to ensure recommendations are communicated to the education team.
