South Staffordshire College is a fast moving and dynamic Further Education College with campuses in Tamworth, Lichfield, Cannock and Rodbaston.

As a college we pride ourselves on the success of all our learners and this exciting new role has been created to be integral support to ensure that all our students achieve to their maximum potential.


The Progression Coaches will work closely with both the academic and support teams to provide support for our learners outside of timetabled tutorial sessions delivered by course tutors.

You will make a real difference to every learner, by providing wrap around pastoral and academic support.


We are looking for highly enthusiastic individuals with an ability to communicate, inspire and motivate students to achieve the best they can.
