Social Media Marketing Executive

About the role


In this role, you will oversee all social media-related activities and be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of the social media strategy.

Focusing on developing and strengthening brand awareness, digital presence and driving social media growth. The role is carried out in support of the overall marketing strategy and goals. This involves working closely with internal marketing to deliver creative, social-first seamless activations, driving commercial KPIs.

You will support the Head of Organic Growth focusing on all the social media campaigns. You will need to have previous experience and expertise in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest and LinkedIn.

You will need to research and be knowledgeable about industry trends and attend events, when necessary.


Key Accountabilities

  • Daytoday management of social platforms, including briefing and producing content, for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook community.
  • Monitor, track and reply to all social comments/messages across all channels.
  • Regular engagement with people/communities to generate new leads and growth of Facebook communities.
  • Ensure all social content is in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Monitor cultural trends for potential content opportunities on the relevant social media channels.
  • Analyse and report on weekly social media performance across the key social channels.
  • Review data and optimise bestperforming content.
  • Plan, create and monitor social media calendars and activities.

About You

  • You will need at least 23 years of experience working in social media.
  • Must be able to manage multiple brands effectively.
  • An understanding and passion for social media, you will be up to date with the latest platform updates and trends.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • You should be highly motivated, confident, resilient and great at building good working relationships.
  • Capable of working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication, with the ability to write creative and relevant social media posts.
  • Excellent time management with the ability to multitask.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
