This role can be based at any of our office locations: London, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, York or Glasgow.


The primary role of the CTSA, as prescribed by the Treaty of Canterbury, is to advise and assist the Franco-British Intergovernmental Commission (IGC) on all matters concerning safety in the construction and operation of the tunnels under the English Channel between Cheriton in Kent and Fréthun in the Pas-de-Calais department in the Hauts-de-France region of France, together with the associated terminal areas.


At ORR we have adopted hybrid working and are currently expected to work from a workplace location for a minimum of two days per week.


Regional office salary range:
FTE £58,179 - £65,775


London office salary range:
FTE £62,382 - £69,832

This is a Fixed-Term appointment until 31 December 2024, offering part-time hours (18.5 hours per week) 0.5 FTE
