An excellent opportunity has arisen for a data entry operative to join the traffic office of a national chilled food distributor.

Based at their Evercreech site, the role of data entry operative offers variety on a daily basis, where you will be undertaking tasks such as;
Updating the EDI systems daily
Processing of customer orders
Booking in consignments
Collating manifests and delivery notes
Dealing with written and verbal customer enquiries.

We would like the successful data entry operative to be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and a conscientious approach to tasks.

The traffic office team are integral to the smooth running of the distribution process, and therefore your excellent customer service skills would also be welcomed in the team.

The role would be ideally suited to you if you have worked within a traffic office, logistics office or held a role updating EDI alpha and numeric information in an office environment.

You will be joining a small team within one of the UK's largest chilled food distribution companies.

They have been successfully operating from their Somerset location for over 60 years, expanding and modernising consistently, whilst still offering a family orientated working environment.

£11.50 per hour

Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

28 days paid annual leave
