Role and Responsibilities

Deliver useful and interesting content to position the business as experts:

Deliver high-quality, relevant content that educates our customers so they can make more informed decisions:

Responsible for the day-to-day running of our social media channels:

Monitor trends around our community and content and produce new content to stay relevant with our customers:

Audit the success of our content and make changes to future content strategy based on the results:

Prepare content for new product launches or marketing campaigns:

Work with the Marketing Communications Manager to plan content 3-6 months ahead:

Produce high value gated content that can be used to generate marketing leads (MQLs):

Produce content in different tones, tailored to different audiences, from technical white-papers through to fun social media posts:

Produce content for PR, print advertising and tradeshows when required:

Provide copy for resources created elsewhere in the marketing team including product datasheets, online advertising copy and the website where required
