Marks Sattin are currently working with a leading and well-respected PLC business who are currently on the lookout for an Accounts Assistant.

This role based in Swindon (Hybrid) is a 12 month FTC that will suit individuals studying AAT with a drive to progressin their finance career.


Job Description/Role
This account assistant role will support the transactional side of the accounts function ensuring high levels of accuracy over cash and banking transactions

This Accounts Assistant role will involve:

  • Responsibility over cash and banking reconciliations
  • Collation and checking of banking sheets resolving any errors
  • Posting and reconciliation of takings onto the finance system
  • Creation of weekly reports, resolving discrepancies, journal postings

Profile

  • Be studying towards an accounting qualification
  • Have prior finance experience
  • Have strong excel skills

- £22k-£24k Annual Salary
