Basic Salary:
£28,000 basic - OTE £29,000

Our client is a multi-Site Commercial Vehicle Dealership group with multiple sites across the UK.

They have been helping the UK Commercial Vehicle network running for over 30 years, with fleet maintenance, sales, service, and rental operations.

They have several loyal customers and pride themselves in the customer service they deliver, maintaining a long-lasting relationship.

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative for their after sales department. And are seeking well organised, confident individuals who has fantastic customer care skills.

Our client provides an extensive training, a competitive salary.

They have a been building a team with a good ethos, providing a friendly place to work where you are treated as an individual rather than a number.

Our client is open on profiles for this role, whether you've experience in a customer bookings position, or other front of house roles, our client will help you become the best customer service representative you can be

Duties of a Commercial Service Advisor with our Client

Undertaking customer bookings of trucks & commercial vehicles into the workshop
Recording vehicle mileage from inside the truck cab
Arranging courtesy vehicles with customers
Raising repair orders
Speaking with customers with both inbound and outbound calls,
Using their internal computerised booking in system and advising customers of Service appointments and MOT schedules

What our client expects of their Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor

Be able to multitask
Strong administration and data inputting skills
Able to learn new skills quickly and efficiently
Computer literate, ideally with Microsoft Office & Outlook experience
Motivated to provide a high level of customer service
A smart and professional appearance
Able to Live & Work in the UK.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Preferably Clean
