Senior Bodyshop Advisor (Automotive) - Static Site

Location:
Exeter (Devon)

Salary:
Upto £28,000k with an OTE of £35,000k

Working hours:
Monday - Friday (42.5hrs per week)

We have a new and exciting role for either an experienced Customer Service Advisor looking to develop their career, or a Bodyshop Advisor looking to take a step up to a senior role.

You will either be living or able to commute to Exeter (Devon) as this role is based at their Accident Repair Centre.

Great communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of a Bodyshop / Accident repair
Team player
Good at time keeping
Organised
Experience with dealing with customer face to face and over the phone
Be able to complete invoices and job cards
Understanding systems and IT

What the job involves:

Greeting customers and dealing with telephone enquiries
Monitor visitor books and direct staff and customers to the correct departments
Update and organise Bodyshop Manager's diary
Process customer enquiries and work provider's enquiries
Sign of on completion of repairs and update system accordingly
Liaise with Workshop Manager to ensure a smooth running between all departments
Assists with day to day running of the business such as: invoicing and purchase ledger's
